Nicole is an American pianist, keyboardist and music director based in London. Prior to her recent move to the UK, she created and headed the Performing Arts Department at Notre Dame School of Manhattan in New York City.  In 2023, she was named one of Yamaha’s ‘40 under 40’ for excellence in music education. 

Nicole received her master of music degree from New York University, Steinhardt School, where she studied with Van Cliburn Competition Gold Medalist, Alexander Kobrin. While at NYU she was a member of the adjunct faculty in piano studies. Nicole received her bachelor of music from the University of Southern California, where she was a student of Daniel Pollack.

Past performances include an NPR Tiny Desk Concert and GeniusLive session supporting mxmtoon, The Old Street Gallery (London),  La Mama Theater for New York Fashion Week (Changers - directed by Spike Jones with Lakeith Stanfield and Mia Wasikowska), the Apollo Theater, the Guggenheim Museum, and Saint John’s in the Village. Outside of the United States, Nicole has performed at the Colegieta de San Juan Bautista in Gijon, Spain, the Palacete Viscontes de Balsemão in Porto, Portugal, and the Albignac Music Festival in Albignac, France. This summer, she’ll be performing as an artist in residence at the Porto Piano Festival.  

In addition to piano, Nicole has sung in several semi-professional choirs including Downtown Voices at Trinity Church in New York City. Notable performances include the premiere of Benedict Sheehan’s GRAMMY nominated Akathist, and a collaboration at Carnegie Hall with the Buffalo Philharmonic for the Lukas Foss Centennial Celebration under the direction of Joann Faletta. Nicole currently sings with The Epiphoni Consort, a chamber choir based in London. They have recently performed at the Battersea Arts Center, The Royal Academy of Music and Canterbury Cathedral.  

Nicole is currently working on her first EP and enjoys cooking and skiing.
